Gaithersburg

We only had a couple of days in Gaithersburg. We were spending time with Melody and her family. Again, it was more a visiting trip than a sightseeing trip. The first night we had dinner with Walt's cousin Ernie Baur, wife Lucille and son Ern (a new driver).

Melody and I spent an afternoon going to see The Sixth Sense while Walt rode the Metro to the new College Park station, because he wanted to see what the new extension was like. That night Melody bought a huge bag of Maryland blue crabs for dinner. We brought them home, covered the dining room table with newspaper, dumped them on the table, and gorged ourselves for the rest of the evening.
